West Midlands Procedures Group

Procedures Sites

For the first time, a total of ten Boards from across a region have joined together to produce one central hub of information, launching a joint Safeguarding Children Procedures site.

This user-friendly template has proven popular with users for its innovative design and functionality, allowing for simple, straight-forward navigation.

FEEDBACK

“Phew have provided an unparalleled solution to building consistency and clarity in safeguarding procedures and policies across a significant cross-section of the West Midlands. The ten LSCBs involved in this project felt that it would be sensible to move to a more regional approach to multi-agency working around safeguarding, especially in light of the fact that so many partner organisations span an area that crosses local authority boundaries. Phew’s approach and solution – within the confines of a tight timescale – met the collective needs of the LSCBs in a cost-effective way without compromising on quality.  Having worked with Phew on other projects, they as always supported us through the process demystifying technology and delivering what they said, when they said and how they said in a professional and accessible way.”

Raj Bector, Business Manager, Sandwell Safeguarding Children Board.
