Employment type: Full-time

Experience: Junior level

Main Roles:

  • 1st line support for client website and training
  • Contribute to project plans to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Work with colleagues to implement graphic designs for websites and other digital solutions
  • Supporting client with daily issues
  • Mange the input of content into client websites
  • Participate in solution testing
  • Support research for client project for social media and content
  • Contribute to internal development process improvement thinking and activities
  • Support in the development of software manuals.
  • Project administration support
  • Recording time for billing

Developer & Technical Lead

Employment type: Full-time

Experience: Mid-Senior level

Main Roles:

  • Lead all web projects, defining approach, architecture and overseeing implementation to company standards on standard and non-standard platforms
  • Take responsibility for defining and evolving company development standards and testing protocols
  • Determine and recommend appropriate software architectures and other technical solutions, including new technologies, discussion with clients as appropriate
  • Developing client project specification documents
  • Contribute to project plans to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Produce technical resource and time estimates to support sales and proposal costing activities
  • Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, contribute recommendations, demonstrate functionality and prototypes and review project progress
  • Developing client project specification documents

  • Liaise and communicate with clients during development
  • Participate in solution testing, taking responsibility for standards
  • Report and discuss project progress with project managers and colleagues
